What is a Nassau County Parcel ID?

Your Parcel ID identifies the tax lot associated with your Nassau County property. You may also hear it called a tax map number or Section/Block/Lot (SBL). It is a key identifier used by the Department of Assessment and ARC.

What format does ARC accept?

For the 2028/29 representative authorization protocol, Nassau County gives examples such as 21/F/16 for Section/Block/Lot or 21 F 00160 in Nassau PARID format.

Where can you find it?

Nassau County’s Land Records Viewer and AROW tools can locate property information by address. Parcel information also appears on County assessment and tax records.

GrieveItNow intake: you can start without the Parcel ID. We verify the parcel before the final ARC authorization is signed.

Official filing dates and procedural references are based on current Nassau County Assessment Review Commission and Department of Assessment materials. County notices and rules control if they change. Educational information is not a guarantee of a reduction.
