How it works

A simple Nassau County property tax grievance process.

GrieveItNow handles the research, preparation and filing workflow for one flat $99 fee. You provide the property details and authorization; we handle the grievance process and keep you updated.

1

Tell us about the Nassau County property

Complete the secure intake with the homeowner’s contact information, property address, parcel or tax map number, and relationship to the property.

2

Pay the $99 flat fee

Payment is handled securely through Stripe. GrieveItNow charges a flat fee rather than taking a percentage of any potential savings.

3

Complete your digital authorization

After payment, the homeowner signs the authorization allowing GrieveItNow / LI Grievance Services LLC to act as the representative for the Nassau County property tax grievance.

4

We research, prepare and file

We review the property and assessment information, prepare the grievance, and file with the Nassau County Assessment Review Commission during the applicable filing period.

5

We keep you updated

You receive confirmation and later filing or outcome updates. ARC, not GrieveItNow, makes the final determination on the assessment appeal.

Current Nassau County filing cycle

The ARC filing period beginning January 4, 2027 is for the 2028/29 assessment, with a current filing deadline of March 1, 2027.
